We want every woman inside WHM to feel supported and empowered. To keep things clear and fair, here is our refund policy.

Trial Payments (£1)

The £1 trial payment is non-refundable, as it grants instant access to all digital materials.

Monthly Subscription Payments (£27)

Once a monthly payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.

This is because:

• You receive immediate access to all membership materials
  • Digital content is exempt from cooling-off periods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

We are unable to offer partial refunds for unused time.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@womenshealthandmenopause.com and we will resolve this quickly.

Subscription Cancellation

To avoid being charged, you must cancel before the next billing date.
You can cancel easily via your dashboard or by emailing us.
